These terms apply to LearnKit, published by Meriç Değirmencioğlu: the website learnkitai.app, the LearnKit Chrome extension and the LearnKit iPhone and iPad app. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). By using LearnKit you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
The service
LearnKit creates study material (summaries, flashcards, quizzes and open questions) from sources you add, using automated language models. Generated material can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts against the original source. LearnKit is a study aid, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
Free use and subscriptions
The website and the Chrome extension are free, with daily limits shown on the site. Nothing is sold on the website or in the extension.
The iPhone app has a free plan with daily limits and an optional auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) that removes them. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Fair-use daily limits apply everywhere to protect the service.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you add. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that adding it does not violate anyone's rights or the law. You give us and our processors the permission needed to process it only to provide the service. Do not use LearnKit for unlawful content, to infringe copyright, or to try to disrupt or overload the service, including by automating requests.
Availability and liability
LearnKit is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for LearnKit in the last 12 months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
